Bianca Naidoo has finally won her battle to be appointed as Riky’s executor of his estate and she can not be more excited.

Riky died in February this year and apparently he did not leave a will.

After Riky’s death, the Department of Home Affairs refused to recognize her as the late rapper’s legal wife, but there is now hope.

Well, Bianca has now been recognized as the executor of the estate of her deceased partner.

In court papers seen by Sunday World, Bianca said at the time of the rapper’s death, they had already established a financial interdependence together as she was working with him as both directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd.

“The deceased and I thus established a financial interdependence because I performed all the administrative tasks related to the deceased’s duties as entertainer/musician until his untimely death.”

“The deceased and I enjoyed emotional and financial inter-dependence by also inter alia registering and running successful commercial businesses together, which include the Legends Barber as well as Cotton Fest. Both I and the deceased were directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd, which we operated together in all respects. The deceased and I also enjoyed the benefits as life partners as members of my medical aid scheme who regarded us as life partners,” read the papers.

She said their “common intention together with the deceased was to validate our marriage in accordance with civil law.”
