Kwaito star Brickz born Sipho Charles Ndlovu, has been found guilty of raping a 17 year old at a court sitting in Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Brickz was unable to convince Magistrate John Baloyi that he didn’t commit the crime according to a report on Sunday World. He was denied a bail of R50,000. Brickz will likely be sentenced next week and will remain in holding cells until then.
Brickz was accused of allegedly raping a teenager in 2013 at his Honeydew, Johannesburg home. His wife reported him to the police after noticing the girl, who is said to be a relative, acting strangely. The accusation includes Brickz allegedly threatening to kill the girl if she tells anyone he raped her.
Brickz recently scored a hit with DJ Cleo in a Kwaito song titled Amafluit.
