Somizi has rejected the idea that his affiliation with Bonang in the past made him a famous man that he is.
Somizi reacted to a post by entertainment writer Phil Mphela, who said on his relationship with Bonang “There were some elements of benefit within the relationship. Love her or hate her, had it not been for Bonang, Somizi’s rise would not have come at the time that it did, it came simply because of the glitter that was falling from Bonang.”
