Shane Eagle and AKA sparked a brawl on Twitter this weekend. The two has always had it coming over the years from Shane Eagle’s time on Vuzu Hustle.
AKA was a judge while Shane Eagle was a contestant and AKA made it known that he isn’t a fan of the rapper. Shane has since made life out of rap and was voted as Best Rap Album of the Year for his album Yellow.
AKA was naming his favorite SA rap albums of all time on social media and Shane Eagle’s Yelow didn’t make the list, which is understandable, but then AKA later tweeted that his own album Touch My Blood has gone gold and he did it as an independent artiste. This caught Shane Eagle’s attention
I want all artists to take note … you don’t need to sign a deal with a major to make your dreams come true and handle your business. We did this independently, with an independent distributor. ?
