Zodwa Wabantu’s social media account attracted lots of hit back from fans following snaps of herself in a medical center which was assumed she was there for a plastic surgery to enhance her body beauty.

Zodwa took note of all shades thrown at her over the treatment she received and did a short video explaining better to fans; She said, “Guys, I am not changing anything. Those were vitamins.
