The video of a 72 years American based woman has gone viral on social media and also inspired social media peeps, including our very own famous SA comedian, Trevor Noah.
Shape magazine reports that Lauren Bruzzone, which is the name of the 72 year old woman, used to do ballet and low-intensity workout classes. But at 67 she wanted to try something new and decided to do Crossfit.
Trevor appreciates Lauren for the inspiration. We hope to see the comedian hit the gym and do better than Lauren.
