Designer Karl Lagerfeld's death at 85 is heart breaking for so many, including South African's celebrity.
Karl influenced lot of lives been a German haute-couture designer, artistic director at Chanel and an icon of the global fashion industry for over half a century.
SA celebs like Gemini Major and Nandi Madida took to social media paying tributes to the late icon.
Nandi said; "Had the honour of being invited to the Chanel Showroom in Paris - Rue Cambon and cannot begin to tell you how inspired I was. @karllagerfeld you inspired many."
