Somizi Mhlongo is so proud of his mother, Mary Mhlongo Twala for her achievement in art.
Som’s mom was honoured for her excellent contribution to the performing arts and raising awareness on women’s health issues through story telling.
The honour, “The Order of Ikhamanga in Silver” is the highest in the land and is bestowed by state President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Somizi and bae, Mohale graced the event and took snaps which was shared on social media.
“Proud son. If I can achieve a quarter of what my mom has in the arts I wud have made it.” Som captioned his post.
