SA record producer Heavy K whose name is Mkhululi Siqula has being allegedly issued a warrant of arrest over being in debt and failure to pay as at when due.
According to a letter shared on social media which was sent by the High court of Botswana at Lobatse; It’s revealed that the applicant of the arrest is Morobosi Entertainment.
The letter from the court revealed that Heavy K failed to appear at the court and it’s being moved to the 15th of August by 2pm.
However, Heavy K is mute over the news.
The DJ is allegedly accused of owing R 87000, which payment is due.
