Me and my plus one (mosquito- bitten swollen eye) had fun at the gym this morning. I am pushing myself to go because I only have one week left with Justin? What’s funny is that he can tell that I am not doing the exercises at home? simple exercises are harder than they should be? ima try do better this week ? Last day in SAV! The weather is a lie! It is raining but I told myself no weather formed against me shall prosper? We obviously had to have an impromptu “started with no muscles, no core strength, not much to work with but we’re here” post-last-workout shoot ? It has been so great. Thank you a million and eight times to @handsome_nerd. Your good mood and positive energy and and and are your super power because you know I have to dig deep for those??? I still hate squats. I still hate lunges. That rope – lawdy, if I see another one again it will be too soon ? what else? There is a list of things I hate but somehow you got me to do them ?
