Cassper Nyovest takes his fans through his fitness journey by sharing some tips on weight loss.
For the past weeks, the rapper has been preparing his followers for 2019’s Fill Up and a count down has begun as regards that.
While lecturing them on how to keep the body fit, a tweep sought tips on weight loss and here is Cas’ response:
“The secrete to losing weight is learning about food. Sugar is the biggest enemy, then processed carbs. Fiber and lean protein are your friends. Regular exercise is also key. Simple but hard to do. If you do 100% clean youll get to yiur goal. #FillUpFitness. Day 8.”
Cassper also revealed the body weight he’s lost since he kicked off the Fitness challenge with followers.
