Babes Wodumo rejects apology from Tha Simelane and has taken it all legal against him.
Tha interviewed Babes on Instagram Live, which turned out emotional on both ends, but after the interview ended, Tha reportedly claimed Babes was using cocaine during the interview.
However, Tha apologized in an official statement shared on Twitter, claiming it was a mistake; Babes and her lover, Mampintsha were said to have accepted the apology.
According to Sunday Sun, Babes has opened a case of defamation at Westville police station and KwaZulu Natal police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbhele confirmed no arrested have been made yet and investigations are underway.
Babes lawyer Ayanda Mngadi of Ayanda Shazi & Associates confirmed to the publication: Yes, I can confirm we’ve received instructions from our client to take action. It’s a civil case of defamation.
