SACP district secretary Siyabulela Siswana and his 6-year-old daughter were gunned down at their home in Mfuleni by assailants, on Wednesday evening in Capetown.
It was said that two unknown assailants, whose faces were concealed, burst into their home.
One of suspects allegedly fired several shots at the occupants.
Siyabulela Siswana and his daughter died at the hospital after sustaining severe wounds as a result of a hail of bullets. His wife was also brutally attacked, but presently receiving intensive treatment while fighting for her life.
SACP in the Western Cape call on law enforcement agencies to act swiftly and leave no stone unturned till the perpetrators are apprehended.
