18-years-old schoolgirl known as Bridgenay Slinger has been allegedly murdered by her 21-year-old ex-boyfriend Roderick Ward.
Slinger’s body was found dead in Blompark, Gansbaai on Saturday, and her ex-boyfriend was arrested that same day. The deceased who was an high school learner at Gansbaai Academia was said to be murdered by her ex-boyfriend.
It’s believed Ward had been in a relationship with Slingers but they recently broke up.
He appeared in the Hermanus Magistrates Court on Tuesday and the case has been postponed until next week.
