A young South African woman, Mandisa Makhasi, has taken to her twitter handle to share her heartbreak after losing her child.

It is always the joy of a woman to become a mother but some people are left devastated when they lose their child.

Makhasi posted stunning maternity photos with her hubby and revealed they have lost their “angel baby”.

She captioned her post: “I’ve never felt such pain, it’s so unbearable. My sweet Omile. I wish God could’ve tested my faith with anything other than with you, my beautiful baby girl. The whole time your dad and I kept asking ourselves, “Why us?” but we soon realized, why NOT us?”.

In another tweet, Makhasi added that they aren’t “special beings” and bad stuff can happen to anyone.

She wrote: “We aren’t special beings, we aren’t immune to such tragedies. We’re just like any other couple, so why not us? There are better days coming, God makes no mistakes with his plans.”

Makhasi wrote that she wished God would have granted their baby life outside the womb, even if it was just 10 minutes.

She said: “I wish God granted you a life outside my womb, even if it was 10 minutes, just to meet you, hear your cry, feel you breathing. We were meant to experience you, we were so deserving of you, so excited and so ready for you.”

In a final post that had Saffas reaching for the tissues, Makhasi said: “Knock em out in Heaven my angel baby.”

Her posts went viral and resulted in Makhasi trending online.

South Africans expressed their condolences with the beautiful mom and her husband.

Kagiso Phokane, who goes by the Twiter handle @iamkagi_styles, wrote: “I’m so sorry mama. May you find comfort, strength, love and light.”

Another Twiter user, @duke_kdj, commented: “Strength to you guys, my deepest condolences.”
