Being an amazing talent is no fresh news about Samthing, as the singer made history in 2019 by striking a blow for local music in an increasingly globalized world with the single, Akulaleki. His album, Isphithiphithi was also highly streamed in SA. Having these wins in his 30s is a big deal for Samthing. “I’m 31. For me to come at my age, late-ish, to pull something like that off…” he revealed last year.
