SA rapper, Yanga Chief had a very good win at the South African Music Awards(SAMA26).
The Utatakho hitmaker won the Best Hip Hop Album of the year for his debut project, Becoming a Popstar.
Lots of people believe he deserves the win, including celebs like AKA.
He emerged winner in the category nominated alongside YoungstaCpt, Big Zulu, K.O and D Slique.
The rapper took to Twitter after being congratulated by Mzansi and expressed gratitude for the support.
“I just want to take this moment to let everyone know that I believe in GOD!! My story is too long to tweet, I’m forever indebted to SA HIP HOP. To the moon we go. Just became a POPSTAR!!! Baby! Thank You South Ah!” He tweeted.
