Legendary actress, Connie Chiume has taken to her twitter to share her fans the latest good news.
She stated that her eye surgery went successfully and she is now in recovery.
This is coming after the star asked her fans and families to pray for her as she set to go into surgery to help improve her eyesight.
Well, it seems her fans definitely answered her calls and their prayers too were answered by God.
“I don’t know how many of you watched my IG Live on Sunday, but for those who didn’t, I’m going in for an eye operation this morning. Please keep me in your prayers,” she said.

The actress also stated at first that she was aware the surgery carries some risk and she was ready to face it as her fans told her not to worry herself while planning to go into surgery.
Connie is back to her social media and guess what, she is doing fine and she also took her time to express her gratitude for all the prayers and well wishes.

With her statement, her fans were relieved and glad she is doing fine as they wish her a speedy recovery.
