From 8am to 10pm on Saturday, Eskom will begin implementation of Stage 2 load-shedding.
The power utility said it came back to Stage 2 so as to refill its emergency generation reserves for preparation against next week.
Apparently, South Africans started the month with the onset of Stage 2 load-shedding which spiked to Stage 4 because of the unreliability of the power utility’s system.
Eskom is now beckoning on South Africans to make use of electricity sparingly.
