AKA claims he generally don’t listen to South African Hip Hop album.
This was revealed after a Twitter user said he is sure the rapper is rocking the new AMN album from Cassper Nyovest.
“I know @akaworldwide is lowkey somewhere listening to A.M.N and bumping his head back and forth,” tweep said.
Responding to the tweet, he tried not hating on Mufasa, but went neutral.
AKA says he usually don’t listen to SA hip hop album, because he doesn’t want to know what other rappers sound like.
“The last SA Hip Hop Album I listened to was Candy Man. I generally don’t listen to SA Hip Hop albums because I don’t want to know who’s doing what and what they sound like.”
However, he revealed that his favourite off Cassper’s new album is “I thought you loved me”, which is a phrase on “To Whom It May Concern” single.
