A taxi allegedly in Botshabelo have been going around town with a sticker that says: “You cough, you get out!”.

The driver carefully place the sticker behind the driver’s seat so it would be visible to every commuter that patronizes him.

The photo of the sticker went viral on Facebook and this has prompted so many questions and reactions.

Some people claim the taxi operates at sections A, B and C in the Free State’s second-biggest township.

It is understood that the driver is trying to enforce a safety measure that seems too much to the extreme.

Coughing is one of covid-19’s dominant symptoms but what about a harmless cough or sneeze?

Some stated that the sticker would make a passenger too scared to cough and on the long run, become uncomfortable.

Others asked what would happen if the driver himself coughed?

Some Facebook users commented on the sticker image.

Matsitsa Nomasonto asked: “If you sneeze, is that a problem too?”

Reabetswe Thene said: “I was riding in that taxi yesterday. It’s a taxi loading passengers in section A, B, C and D.”

Emily Bianca agreed and said she also took a ride in the taxi after it loaded her in B section.

Kgadi Kgadi said life is tough.

The alleged taxi driver with the sticker has not been seen yet.

Taxi driver Thabo Matlape said “I know the taxi but I don’t have the contact number of the driver.”

Some also responded saying the taxi was fondly known as Problem Child.
