Today is heritage day for South Africans and many of them have taken to their social media to celebrate the day.
However, many South African celebrities are celebrating this day in grand style as they rock beautiful attires.
Heritage Day is a South African public holiday celebrated on 24 September.
On this day, South Africans are encouraged to celebrate their culture and the diversity of their beliefs and traditions, in the wider context of a nation that belongs to all its people.
Recently, President Cyril Ramaphosa urged South Africans to take part in the “Jerusalema” Challenge on Heritage Day.
He said: “Show the world what we are capable of. Our performers have demonstrated to the world that we have got good music and good (dance) moves.”
Master KG responded saying: “There can be no better way to celebrate our South Africaness than to join the global phenomenon that is spreading across the world, that is the Jerusalema dance challenge. The Jerusalema song that I love so much.”
Well, the days is finally here, many hope to see videos of people dancing to celebrate this day.
