AKA voiced out on social media, calling himself an Anti-Celebrity celebrity.
The rapper clearly stated that he is the alpha and omega when it comes to celebrity culture in South Africa.
“I don’t hang out in their cliques … I don’t go to their houses, attend their lil parties & dinners because when it comes to “celebrity” culture in this country, I am the alpha and the O-MEGA.”
The star goes on to say he needs no celebrity support to be successful in anything he does, as they don’t buy his songs nor products.
Talking to his fans, AKA says they are all he’s got.
“I don’t need the support of celebrities to be successful in ANYTHING I do … they don’t buy shit, you do,” he tweeted.
