On International Day for Older Persons on Thursday, experts have made it known that the elderly are the ones who are most vulnerable since there’s no vaccine available yet.
Karim is urging caution:
“As we are going into the holidays and we are going to travel to visit loved ones, we are going to see a situation where the elderly will be at a higher-risk situation. But I think if we keep to our prevention measures, we can mitigate that risk.”
