5 effective home remedies for shortness of breath
Dyspnea or shortness of breath is an uncomfortable and distressing experience.
We all have experienced it on different occasions like after climbing 4-5 sets of stairs or when suffering from a cold due to the presence of mucus in the lungs.
Breathlessness or shortness of breath can occur due to multiple reasons. It can be temporary or due to some serious underlying health condition.

3. Inhaling steam
4. Sit close to a fan
5. Pursed lips breathing
Sit down on the floor or a chair in a comfortable position with your back straight. Slowly inhale through your nose for 4 to 5 seconds. Fill your abdomen with the air, instead of your lungs.
Purse your lips and breathe out for 4 to 6 seconds. Repeat the same 10 to 20 times to return to a normal state.
