Proverb did lots of spilling in his recently launched memoir, titled The Book Of Proverb.
The radio star spoke about his mother’s disapproval of his former marriage, which led to a huge drift between himself and his mother, who didn’t attend his wedding.
Proverb’s mother wasn’t in support of him having a baby before marriage, but his former wife, Onelarona Moreo fell pregnant before they tied the knot.
His mom later embraced the marriage, but things turned sour after he divorced his wife.
“We had periods were we wouldn’t talk to each other, and during my divorce we drifted further apart because she wasn’t happy with how things transpired” he wrote.
However, the rapper revealed that he’s finally in a good space with his mother.
