Norma Gigaba fetched her electronic devices from the Brooklyn police station. They were taken when she was arrested on Friday.
Norma Mngoma’s court case has been adjourned to Febrauray 2020 for more investigations.
The estranged wife of former minister – Malusi Gigaba came before Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
Mngoma is accused of allegedly imposing damages on a Mercedes G Wagon which belonged to an associate of Gigaba.
She was apprehended in July and was put in the police holding cells over the night.
The matter was adjourned due to her challenging the constitutionality and validity of her arrest by the Hawks.
On Friday, the magistrate sounded a note of warning to Mngoma to avoid interfering with witnesses. This was after she tried to contact a witness.
