Rouge reveals what has to happen before she can release an album.
This is coming after a tweep asked if she can give them an album. ‘
Replying to this, Rouge said she needs 1000 true fans and not followers that would buy her album legally.
Recall last year, Rouge announced that she will be releasing a debut album.
Two singles later and after much anticipation, fans questioned how far long was she with the project.
Now, she is saying she needs true fans before she can release.
Rouge said: “I will drop! Just gotta make sure I have 1000 true fans to buy it and not just followers. It’s not 1000 yet. Like 1000 comments or rts or downloads. Truuuue supporters.”she said sharing how she hasn’t reached her desired number of True Fans.
