Queen mother of the Royal Bafokeng, Semane Bonolo Molotlegi has died.
The Queen-Mother’s third son, Leruo is presently the King, she’s also the aunt of Ian Khama, Botswana’s former president.
She lost her eldest two sons and her husband the late Kgosi Edward Patrick Lebone Molotlegi.
The queen mother had 6 children, but the cause of death is unknown.
According to eNCA, The Bafokeng tribe is regarded as the richest tribe on the continent. While International Women’s Forum South Africa said that the Queen-Mother was a peace-loving person, who was known for settling disputes positively.
