How to prepare it

This drink is extremely easy to prepare. Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for a little less than an hour. Add a juice of half a lemon in it and drink it as the first thing in the morning. To add taste, you can also add honey to it.

Note: While this drink is safe for everyone, if you are on blood thinning medicines, it is advised to consult your doctor before trying this drink as chia seeds also help in blood thinning.
