The star took to his Twitter to speak out asking his fans and followers for help.
A lot of things have gone down this year to the extent that most people had to double up their hustle to meet up the months they were at home due to pandemic.
Well, Lasizwe revealed that his eating disorder will be the death of him as he is losing weight drastically.
He captioned: “My eating disorder will be the death of me, I have lost so much weight and still losing weight…. Help.”
