DJ Tira takes his annual gig to the world while being interviewed virtually on BBC World News.
“Malume live interview on BBC news #FactDurbanRocks 9pm to 3am…. are we watching the show in between the sheets or????” he captioned post.
The interview was recorded, and he shared on Instagram. Aside talking about Fact Durban Rocks, he also mentioned the SA Minister of Police, Bheki Cele’s order for December 31st 2020.
Bheki said everyone must be sleeping by 31st, as there is not 31st due to the Level 3 lockdown, ongoing in the nation.
Most South Africans condemned the order, but Tira takes the order international and the interviewer laughed.
The DJ also revealed that he’s started the New Year Eve’s gig since 2011 and it has being a success, though 2020s’ almost got messed, but he and his team made fans enjoy the gig on TV.
