Politicians, friends and family have gathered today to bid final farewell to late minister in the presidency, Jackson Mthembu.
It was reported that Jackson died due to COVID-19 related complications after being admitted to Military 1 Hospital in Tshwane earlier this month.
President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the late Minister’s death on Twitter and paid tribute to him.
The funeral is being held today in his hometown of Emalahleni in Mpumalanga.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to deliver the eulogy.
