South African actress, Pearl Thusi confirms news of bagging an acting role on an international Netflix series titled, Wu Assassins.

Just after confirming the news, the star stung trolls, who are believed to be Black Twitter users.

Pearl shared a video where she’s seen taught how to fight in Thailand, as the role entails her fighting.

“Living a dream… Usually when I go to bed, muscles aching and bones shaking- I count every blessing. …Additionally- the guy training us actually trains champions- real fighters would kill to have him as a teacher but here he is- teaching muaythai to amateurs like me- with passion and care. What a champ,” she revealed.

Speaking to Black Twitter, she said: “Dogs bark at moving cars.”

“Lastly – tell black Twitter to catch me outside!” she added.

Fans have taken to social media to congratulate the star, while Black Twitter are in shock.

As some of the trolls dragged her through the week and last week for her poor delivery on acting roles and many just expressed hate for her without a tangible reason.

It felt like Pearl’s career was crumbling, not until she shocked them with news of her international win, despite loosing role on Netflix’ Queen Sono, which is cancelled.
