The Ketogenic diet is one of the best ways to lose weight. The diet plan promises faster weight loss by converting fat into fuel, with the caveat being you only eat low-carb foods.

But, does that mean you absolutely cut them out? Absolutely not! Not only are fruits a great source of vitamins and minerals and something you should be having regularly, going on Keto doesn’t mean you should swear off fruits.
There are in fact, some fruits which have high fibre content and do not really count against your daily carb count, or simply said, contain net carbs.

Antioxidant-rich blueberries are filled with nutrients that promote weight loss. It is also absolutely Keto-friendly since it weighs low on carb content and sugar. Unsweetened, raw blueberries (dry or fresh) have less than 11g of carbs per serving size, which won’t throw you off Ketosis. Strawberries are an excellent pick too. Raspberries and blackberries have fewer carbs too.
2. Watermelon
A summer favourite, watermelon is a hydrating fruit. It’s also something you can easily include while going Keto as it won’t push you off the state of Ketosis. A 100 g serving of watermelon ( that contains 90% water) has only 25 carbs! It’s also a great source of an amino acid called arginine, which helps burn fat quickly. Just like watermelon, cantaloupe is another fruit which you can enjoy.
3. Plums
Despite being a little high on sugar, plums are also Keto approved. One medium-sized (150 grams) contains 13 grams of carbs, meaning you can easily have them as a snack and not cross over your carb limit for the day.
4. Coconut
Coconut is one of the best preferred Keto-friendly foods. While many like making use of coconut oil for cooking, having them raw or fresh also is a good choice to make. Coconut is naturally also low-carb and higher in fats, making it a perfect accompaniment for your Keto diet.
5. Kiwis
