Cassper Nyovest is the talk of the town now as he launched his much anticipated sneaker from his collaboration with entrepreneur and Drip Footwear founder, Lekau Sekoana called Root of Fame.
During the launch, Cassper shared how Root of Fame collaboration came about revealing it was an idea that he came up with during the lockdown when he couldn’t do gigs.
The star stated he wanted to create something that people could wear his name anywhere.
The rapper also unveiled a major PR banner on the tallest building in Africa where he also signed the famous R100 million deal.
Cassper explained the name behind the sneakers called “Root Of Fame 990s” saying 990 comes from the year he was born, 1990 and left out the 1 because he is the one.
The shoe cost a whopping of R990 and its unlimited edition.
