Myth 4: Your lifestyle does not affect your fertility

In opposition to the myth, your lifestyle can have a strong impact on your fertility. Alcohol consumption, smoking and unhealthy weight can make you more prone to infertility. Experts believe a healthy lifestyle can avoid any chances of infertility in the future.

Myth 5: Supplements and herbs can treat problems of infertility

As you sweep through the internet and search for ways to boost your fertility, many herbs and supplements will be recommended to you. However, remember that not everything on the internet is true. The best way to get yourself treated is by consulting a fertility doctor. Not only will they give you the right medicines but also the right method of treatment.
