Zodwa Wabantu is currently trending on Twitter after a video was shared that she got arrested.
The star has also shared a video on her Instagram indicating the news is true as she was arrested at 3am this morning for breaking Covid-19 curfew rules.
Zodwa said that the man in the video is demanding R5000 on the road when the other officer was asking about her permit since he was charging them for curfew time.
The dancer stated that she has the permit to work all time in the media space not club.
Zodwa mentioned that she has other Projects on TV and she was almost home, about 8 minutes to my house.
“Look at the Man that Demanded 5000 on the Road when this Officer ask about our Permit,since he is charging us on Curfew time,We have the permit to Work all time in the media Space not Club. I have other Projects on TV,I was almost home 8 minutes to my house. The lady holding the Phone we were both swearing at each other calling me all the names you call me,” she said.

Zodwa Wabantu says the officers who detained her did not want to see her work permit but were interested in her paying a R5000 fine.
