Mac G and Somizi have found themselves in hot water after an old interview clip resurfaced.
The clip was all about Somizi asking why he missed the opportunity of taking advantage of him while he was vulnerable.
Mac G opened up to Somizi about the downward spiral he went after being fires from another radio station.
Somizi then asked Mac G how he coped with his depression and admitted to abusing alcohol and sex to manage his stress.
“Damn! Where was I, let me tell you why…this is when i was supposed to pounce because I’ve always had a crush on you” Somizi said.
Well, this did not go well as Twitter users dragged Somizi for preying on Mac G and are accusing the him for sexually harassing the DJ.
Twitter users have been encouraging him to take actions against Somizi if he felt like he was a victim.
Mac G on the other hand broke his silence over the video, clearing the air over how he felt towards the backlash.
“No man, I didn’t feel preyed on. I know he was just joking”, he said.
He made this statement on his latest episode of Podcast and Chill as he spoke on the misinterpretation of the video because of the current allegations against him pertaining his marriage.
