Somizi Mhlongo will not be returning to Idols SA following allegations made against him by his former husband, Mohale Motaung.
It was formerly reported that the TV personality will be taking a break as judge of the talent show, but it’s been reported that he will be replaced.
According to Daily Sun, the organisers have decided to have new guest judges weekly.
“Idols SA fans should brace themselves for an exciting line-up of celebrities, who are set to add some pizzazz when they join Unathi Nkayi and Randall Abrahams as guest judges every week,” they revealed.
“Their new voices are certainly going to add a new flavour to the feedback given to the Idols SA season 17 hopefuls,” they added.
Somizi rubbished some of the claim made by Mohale, and said their divorce is still being processed in court.
The radio presenter has also taken a break from his presenting job on Metro FM till all allegations against him get cleared.
