Thuli Phongolo expresses excitement after being tipped R18 000 while performing at a show over the weekend.
The DJ is happy that people appreciate her performance at shows, and in a video shared on her Instagram stories, someone walked to her DJ booth and sprayed money on her equipment, while she deejayed.
“Lalelani La!!! I made 18k from tips tonight,” she wrote on the video.
Another friend of the DJ shared the video where they were seen counting the money, and the friend who is actress Mbalenhle Mavimbela captioned the video saying: “When people appreciate your work, they show it.”
