South African rappers, Thokozani “Mc Killah” Xaba and Njabulo “Silent Killah” Nsimbi announced their return to making music, after a taking a long break.
While some rappers are quitting doing rap music, some persons are making every effort to resuscitate their career by reviving the hip hop genre.
The rap duo released a new single titled Ngempela,, and they are on actively promoting the single.
“The song is a mix of two genres – Afro pop and hip hop.”
“We produced the song with Scelo Gowane, and released it last month,” Silent Killah said.
“I am excited to say the song is receiving good reception from national radio stations, especially Ukhozi FM,” he said.
“We’ve been out of sight for too long.
“Our fans have missed us, but we’re glad we finally listened to them and dropped this song,” he said.
“We’re currently working on filming the music video, which will be out by 31 October.” he said.
