Gratitude helps you to worry less and see more good things around you. It helps reduce anxiety, stress and depression. You can practice gratitude by paying attention to the little things around you and appreciate them. You can also cultivate the habit of writing out things you are grateful for on a daily basis.

4. Exercise your body

Exercise helps strengthens your health and build endurance. Regular exercise will help you control your weight and prevent obesity. Exercise can also help your body release chemicals that will improve your mood and mental health. Try to exercise your body every day, even if it’s just walking.
