DJ Dimplez whose real name is Boitumelo Athiel Mooi was buried during the early hours of Friday, 11th of March.
The SA hip hop pioneer died due to brain hemorrhage on the 6th of March.
At the funeral service, the family was represented by David during speech time, and he spoke about the DJ’s condition before he passed on.
Dimplez was admitted in the hospital on the 5th, but could not talk as his state was critical.
The doctor said he was brain dead, so the family turned off the life support.
Other persons at the private service gave speech, including the late DJ’s best friend, DJ Milkshake who still find his passing unbelievable.
