1. Quality sleep

Try to monitor the quality of your sleep and try to improve it by trying out methods like staying away from the screen half an hour before going to bed.

While extroverts derive their energy from social interactions and engagements, introverts are actually drained during these processes. In order to regain their lost energy, they need alone time to recharge themselves. Ensure that you make time for yourself to recharge and rejuvenate.
3. De-stress
Another thing that our fast-paced lifestyles end up making omnipresent is stress.
