TV Host and entertainer, Phil Mphela has taken to his social media to call out Bolt for refusing to refund his money.
A few days ago, the entertainer revealed that he is pissed off as he wants his money back.
Phil mentioned that he ordered a food and it never arrived but he is not bothered about the food but wants his money back.
“I’m getting pissed off! Day 2. Give me my money back. It’s bad enough I waited for food that never arrived, now I have to be chasing you for my money back.”
Bolt, however, responded by apologizing to him and also stating they will get back to him soon.

Well, it seems Phil is losing his patience as he calls them out saying he wants his money back as it is up to 2 weeks and it has not been reversed as promised.
He said: “Nxa! I want my money back. 2 weeks to just reverse the transaction? Nonsense. I used your service in good faith. You disappointed by not delivering the food, or even warning me that it’s not coming. Now I’m chasing you for my money. Horrible business etiquette!”
