LaConco has taken to her social media to pen down a beautiful birthday message to the former president, Jacob Zuma.
Jacob celebrates his 80th birthday at the hospital with his family.
Despite being heavily criticized by many South Africans, Zuma has been bombarded with birthday messages from those who still believe he was the country’s best president.
One of the many people who wished Zuma, is his ex-wife and mother of his child, LaConco.
