How to make Turmeric Smoothie

Step 1 Peel the raw turmeric
Wash the raw turmeric properly, peel it roughly and chop into small pieces.

Step 2 Blend the ingredients
Add raw turmeric, de-seeded amla, black pepper powder, curd, honey and chia seeds to a blender. Blend well a few times to form a smooth mixture.

Step 3 Ready to be served
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
Tips
- Use hung curd if you want the smoothie to be thick.
