Lady Du expresses gratitude following a successful concert held to celebrate her 31st birthday.
Over the weekend, the singer sold out the venue and it was graced by the top and well respected musicians across different genres.
Taking to social media, the vocalist expressed gratitude to God.
“ Lord I thank you for all you have given me if I asked for more I’d be ungrateful, thank you for the light in my life, for the blessings. thank you for always pulling through for me. For all the people in my life that are supporting me. Thank you for your Holy Spirit that takes over me whenever I feel like giving up. Kindly do the same for others. Makwande kukhanye nakwabanye,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, she fulfilled her promise of giving out R10k to any luck person at the concert to mark her birthday.
“Congratulations to @thwalima who came to celebrate my birthday with me and won 10000 rand. I thank each and everyone that was there God bless you,” she wrote.
