Abdul Khoza who was formerly rumored to have left The Wife series penned down a note of gratitude to everyone who supported his role.
The actor who plays the character of Nqobizitha Zulu testified to the magic he was able to birth through the role.
“There are many roles one gets to play in an Actors life span. But not all can be memorable or received in the hearts of the people. For me taking this role I had no idea just how much I would fall in love & enjoy each & every step of our journey together. I have learned so much & I have understood a greater purpose in life through this character,” he wrote.
Abdul didn’t declare his departure from the series, but his words flagrantly hint at the fact that he’s left.
“I just want to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE who acknowledged & appreciated the hard work we put in to bring the magical show we were blessed to be part of. Though we will always continue to have many faces in this life, for this one i truly am humbled & grateful to you all. May we forever keep you entertained from every corner that we RISE from. LOVE & PASSION forever,” the actor said.
Other actors and fans applauded him for doing a good job in the series.
“My favourite what a pleasure working with you bhuti!!! I’m so blessed to have gained a brother in you … thank you for the constant words of encouragement when I’m feeling down , thank you for always reminding me I’m the best in what I do …hearing it from you means a lot . You’re great khoza,” Actress Mbalenhle said.
